PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a memory card connector, an eject lever thereof not being transformed when a memory card is pulled out. SOLUTION: A memory card connector 10 comprises a contact 52 with a section to contact a memory card, a block 12 which the contact 52 is held by and secured to, a shell 14 which covers the block 12 and has a guide section 24 to guide a memory card to a fit-in opening 22 of the block 12, an eject lever 16 which is held by the shell 14 slidably and has a body 32 which has on one end a section 36 to engage with the ejector 18 and on the other end a button section 28 which can rotate, an ejector 18 which engages with the eject lever 16 and pulls out a memory card by the slide of the eject lever 16 and a spring 20 in the center of the eject lever 16 to return the lever 16. The feature of the connector for memory cards is that a projection 30 is provided near a joining section between the body 32 of the eject lever 16 and the button section 28. |
