The invention relates to a method for transmitting information blocks from a transmitter to a receiver over a multiple access channel shared among a plurality of transmitters. According to the invention, the transmitter selects an access slot, called reference access slot, among a set of available access slots to transmit a first information block. If the first information block is proper ly received by the receiver, the latter actualize the set of available access slots by excluding at least one access slot from the set of available access slots , where the excluded access slot is deduced from the reference access slot thanks to a predefined deterministic law. In particular, once the terminal has detected that the first information block has been received by the receiver without collision, the terminal transmits further available information blocks in access slots deduced from the reference access slot thanks to the same predefined deterministic law as in the receiver.
