摘要 PURPOSE:To lower an iron loss value by a film which is formed by a method capable of making mass production and having high adhesion. CONSTITUTION:The adhesion of the film is a significant point in the steel sheet subjected to mirror finishing for the purpose of lowering the iron loss value. The adhesion is improved by interposing an intermediate layer between the steel sheet and the film in this invention. Namely, the adhesion is assured by interposing a multiple oxide of aluminum oxide and other oxide, such as magnesium oxide in the case of the steel sheet having a glass film and a multiple oxide of an iron-aluminum system or silicon-aluminum system in the case of the steel sheet subjected to the mirror finishing. The tension is imparted to the steel sheet by the aluminum oxide type film on its surface, by which the grain oriented electrical steel sheet lowered in the iron loss value is obtd.
