PURPOSE:To improve a treatment effect by directly, safely and efficiently irradiating a diseased part with light according to the depth of the diseased part. CONSTITUTION:A moving holder 5 inserted with a photoacupuncture needle 2 is freely forward and backward slidably fitted to an irradiation probe 1 constituted by projectingly providing the photoacupuncture needle 2 of a specified length for irradiating the diseased part with the light by conduction from an optical fiber 3 at its front end. This moving holder 5 is normally held energized only at the front end of the photoacupuncture needle 2 from the front end of the moving holder 5 so that only the front end of the photoacupuncture needle 2 is normally held projected from the front end of the moving holder 5. The photoacupuncture needle 2 is inserted into the diseased part side by as much as the set length by pressing the moving holder 5 to the skin surface, then, retreating the holder to the position of an adjusting nut 6 screwed onto the irradiation probe 1 against the force of a spring 10. |
