PURPOSE:To increase the dielectric constant of a dielectric ceramic, while lowering the change thereof clue to a temperature fluctuation. CONSTITUTION:The dielectric ceramic base body 12 of a ceramic capacitor 10 is made of a dielectric ceramic composed of 100 pts.mol. of BaTiO3, 1 to 7 pts.mol. of CaZrO3, 0.5 to 1.5 pts.mol. of ZnO, 0.1 to 0.3 pts.mol. of MnO and 0.2 to 0.7 pts.mol. of Re2O3 (rare earth oxide). As a result, a dielectric ceramic having high resistivity can be provided. |
