PURPOSE:To obtain a ceramic capacitor, which is small in size, large in capacity, and high in CR product at a high temperature, at a low cost by a method wherein one or more dielectric layers formed of a specific amount of dielectric ceramic composition and two or more inner electrodes sandwiching the dielectric layers between them are provided. CONSTITUTION:A dielectric ceramic composition is composed of 100.0 parts by weight of basic component and 0.2 to 5.0 parts by weight of additive component, wherein the basic component is expressed by a composition formula, (1-alpha-beta)(Bak-(x+y)MxLy)Ok(Ti1-zRz)O2-z/2+alphaBaZrO3+betaMgNb2O6 (where M is Mg and/or Zn, L is Ca and/or Sr, R is one or more elements selected from Sc, Y, Gd, Tb, Dy, Ho, Er, Tm, Yb, and Lu), and the additive component is composed of B2O3, SiO2, and MO. However, A range of this composition must be included in a region surrounded by six lines in a triangular diagram which shows the composition in mol%. |
