PURPOSE:To reduce the deterioration of the belt of a belt feeder by using acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber as the material quality of the belt of the belt feeder supplying a raw material containing a silane coupling agent having an amino group to an extruder. CONSTITUTION:A quantitative feed type belt feeder is constituted so that the supply amt. of a thermoplastic resin or a reinforcing agent and/or a filler is controlled by controlling the speed of a belt 1. When a raw material containing a silane coupling agent having an amino group is supplied by the belt feeder, the material quality of the belt 1 is constituted of acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber. As acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber, one with nitrile content of about 15-50wt.% is designated. Further, a polyblend consisting of carboxylated acrylonitrile/ butadiene rubber, partially crosslinked acrylonitrile/butadiene rubber using divinylbenzene and polyvinyl chloride may be used. |
