REFERENCE VOLTAGE GENERATING CIRCUIT

This circuit detects a change when it occurs above an allowed range of reference voltage and is able to off a reference voltage generating circuit. It comprises: (i) a reference voltage generating part; (ii) a regular current supplying part composed of a regular current source and a first NPN transistor to supply a regular current; (iii) a voltage distribution part composed of resisotors and zener-diodes to generate a first and a second voltage; (iv) a comparison detection part composed of a first PNP transistor and a second PNP transistor; and (v) a disable part composed of a second NPN transistor to disable the reference voltage generating part. This circuit protects a system by disabling a reference voltage generating circuit when deviating a reference range because of overload etc.
