PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve the problem of conventional sintered aluminum oxide ceramic containing relatively large amount of aluminum oxide comprising remarkable lowering of thermal conductivity and poor thermal shock resistance and thermal crack resistance and the problem of sintered titanium compound ceramic containing a large amount of titanium compound having high carbon content comprising the increase in the friction resistance and reactivity with an iron material and the decrease in the abrasion resistance in high-temperature range in contrast with high hardness and excellent abrasion resistance in low- temperature range. SOLUTION: The objective sintered ceramic part having increased thermal conductivity to improve the sintered material properties at high temperature contains aluminum nitride in an amount of 1-25 vol.% and at least one kind of titanium compound expressed by Ti(Cx, Ny, Oz) in an amount of 75-99 vol.%. In the above formula, Ti is titanium element, C is carbon element, N is nitrogen element, O is oxygen element, (x), (y) and (z) are each the atomic ratio of C, N and O satisfying the formulas x+y+z=1, 0.4<x<0.6, 0.4<y<0.6 and 0<=z<=0.1. |
