PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an organic magnetic material exhibiting high reproducibility and ferromagnetism and enabling color adjustment, by causing the organic magnetic material to be expressed by a specified formula and to have such a structure that a transition metal and a specified, atom are vertically bonded with a porphin skeleton through coordinate bond. SOLUTION: An organic magnetic material is expressed by formula I, where Mt represents a transition metal, R represents a complex cyclic group, and X represents an atom selected from the group consisting of nitrogen, sulfur and oxygen, and where a substitutional group may be introduced in place of a hydrogen atom in the skeleton, or a condensation ring may be condensed in place of two hydrogen atoms bonded with adjacent carbon. Also, an organic magnetic material is expressed by formula I, where Mt represents a transition metal selected from Cr, Mn, Fe, Co, Ni, and Zn. In addition, an organic magnetic material is expressed by formula I, where X represents nitrogen. Thus, an organic magnetic material exhibiting high reproducibility and ferromagnetism and enabling easy color control may be provided. |
