Lifting and parking installation, for motor vehicles

The installation has a platform (1) with four synchronous lifting assemblies (5). Each platform corner has a downwardly tube (2) which is fixed at its open lower end (2') to the platform and is supported over an upwardly open guide tube (3). Inwardly between the end connections (4) of the tubes and the guide tubes lifting devices (5) raisable to the lifting height are arranged. The tube and guide tubes lengths, correspond to the lifting height of the platform. The lifting devices are formed from a hydraulic cylinder (7) arranged in the guide tube with a piston connecting rod (8) movable outwards to the lifting height. They can also be formed from a lifting spindle with a spindle nut.
