<p>PURPOSE:To automatically carry out work inserting the peripheral edge part of decorative cloth in the groove of a molded base material by bonding the decorative cloth to the upper part of the molded base material under pressure and cutting the same into a predetermined shape and moving the cut one to an insertion position. CONSTITUTION:Decorative cloth W is placed on the molded base material R on a lower mold 10 at a predetermined position to be stopped in its falling. Next, a cloth press bonding upper mold 4 passes through a mold shape hole 19 by operating a downward cylinder 2 to press the decorative cloth W to the molded base material R. At this time, the part corresponding to the cloth press bonding upper mold 4 coated with an adhesive is strongly bonded by the adhesive. Thereafter, an annular heated blade 5 is immediately allowed to fall to be pressed to the under side plate of a cloth clamp member 20 clamping the periphery of the pressure bonded part to cut and punch the decorative cloth W.
