In food made into a hollow molding from a paste, as described in DE 19911472.2-41, the paste has a firm consistency produced by finishing and/or pressing. Independent claims are also included for (a) equipment for making the food; (b) hollow meat food with an opening for filling the inside, which must fit a mold to obtained the hollow, is finished by the action of heat and/or pressure and has a hollow after removal from the mold.
