PURPOSE:To simplify the inter-frame color-phase matching of a still-picture color television signal by inputting picture-element outputs of a frame memory by two kinds of out-of-phase clocks and then by alternating them, frame by frame. CONSTITUTION:Signal data stored in one-frame memoy 101 are transferred to buffer registers 103, 104 and 106 by clocks of clock generator 102. Then, they are further transferred sequentially from buffer register 103 to 105 by clocks delayed by approximate 180 deg. through delay line 107. Next, picture-element outputs 203 and 204 are supplied to switch 108 and alternated, frame by frame, by a frame signal from frame signal generator 109, thereby outputting picture-element 205. Therefore, color phase shifts between frames disappear. |
