FIELD: alcoholic beverage industry. SUBSTANCE: method involves preparation of mixture by mixing ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water. The components are thoroughly mixed and cleaned by activated charcoal. Flavor "Limon" D2471 of "Bush Boak Allen" firm, Great Britain, is preliminarily dissolved in vodka in ratio 1:10, and then mixed with refined granulated sugar in the form of 65.8-% sugar syrup or aqueous solution and aged till blending. Mixture is blended with aged mixture, thoroughly mixed and bottled. For production of 1000 dal of vodka the ingredients are used in the following ratio: flavor "Limon", 0.15-0.25 kg; refined granulated sugar, 29.8-30.2 kg; ethyl rectified alcohol "Extra" and corrected potable water, the balance.
