Pivot joint and retainer are fixed along detachment line on outer generatrix. Ring 1 has toothed gear 15. Spring-loaded levers 17 are positioned on inner diameter of ring 1 on cross-shaped pins. Arced wedge-shaped toothed knives are pivotally attached on lever ends. Ring 1 has pivot joint with retainer.
