POWDER FIRE EXTINGUISHING

摘要

FIELD: fire-extinguishing facilities; may be used in extinguishing of any types of fire. SUBSTANCE: fire extinguisher has body filled with fire-extinguishing powder, gas source with means for gas supply, shutoff and starting device and discharge nozzle unit. Means for gas supply is connected with body cavity in its bottom part. Discharge nozzle unit is made in the form of confuser-diffuser with nozzle located on it where radiator of acoustic vibrations is installed and made in the form of plate secured inside nozzle on diametrically opposite tie-rods for motion along nozzle. Fire-extinguishing powder-gas volume ratio is 1:(0.2-1.7). Fire extinguisher also has baffle for fluidized powder installed at discharge nozzle, or made in the form of additional cover for body. EFFECT: provision of sharp increase of fire-extinguishing ability of powder. 4 cl, 2 dwg
