Ointment has 6-methyluracil and a base including vaseline oil, emulsion waxes, 96% ethyl alcohol, glycerol and purified water taken at the definite ratio of components. Invention corresponds to biopharmaceutical requirements and provides making the drug showing the enhanced bioavailability and wound-healing activity without negative adverse effects.
