PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a chemiluminescent allowing reduction in manufacturing cost and permitting easier handling of a chemiluminescent body by forming a wrapping material into a specific form. SOLUTION: This chemiluminescent body comprises a rod-shaped chemiluminescent body 1 housed in a tubular jacket member 2. The jacket member 2 can be split into two tube members 22, 21, the one split tube member 22 is connectable to the end of the other tube member 21. The jacket member of the chemiluminescent in another embodiment can be split into two tube members at its center. The portions of the clemical emitter, each of which corresponds to one-half of the length of the chemical emitter can emit light of different colors and the chemical emitter is freely detachably to and removable from one of the split tube members.
