CONSTANT DRY WALL APARTMENT STRUCTURE

摘要

PURPOSE: A constant dry wall apartment structure provided to reduce the term of work, and enlarge the efficient area by reducing the thickness of household inside partition wall, and supply an adaptable inside-space while the household inside partition wall can be dismantled in case of need. CONSTITUTION: The constant dry wall apartment structure comprises a core which bears the most seismic load; a household party wall which bears the part of seismic load and the vertical load; an external column(13) which is connected vertically to the both end of the household party wall; a flat slab(14); a wide beam which is installed in the corridor of apartment and the upper part of balcony, and connected to the flat slab and then bears the part of seismic load and the vertical load; and a household inside partition wall(16).
