PURPOSE: A composition using natural plant materials for anti-thrombosis and for repressing hyperlipemia is provided, which reduces blood cholesterol, platelet agglutination activity, blood coagulation activity and which is used for prevention of cardiovascular diseases. CONSTITUTION: A composition using natural plant material for anti-thrombosis and for repressing hyperlipemia is characterized by comprising 100-200 parts of fish oil or soybean oil, 5-20 parts of wax, 0.5-2 parts of vitamin P, 0.5-2 parts of niacin as a carrier, based on 100 parts of effective ingredients comprising 20-50 wt.% of G. lucidum extract, 5-30 wt.% of Camelliae sienesis extract, 5-30 wt.% of Theae sienesis extract, 5-30 wt.% of C. pinnafifida extract, 5-30 wt.% of Vitis vinifera extract, 0.5-5 wt.% of Ginko foilum extract, 0.5-5 wt.% of Glycine max fermentation extract, 1-10 wt.% of Vaccinium myrtillus extract.
