PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a solid high molecular electrolyte fuel cell having an electrode of a specification corresponding to requirements by changing the combination in laminating, and easily coping with requirements for thickness of the electrode. SOLUTION: In this solid high molecular electrolyte-type fuel cell composed of a solid high molecular electrolyte film 1a having ion exchanging function, an anode electrode 1bb disposed on one side of the high molecular electrolyte film and a cathode electrode 1ba disposed on the other side of the high molecular electrolyte film, the cathode electrode 1ba has a joined diffusion layer formed adhering, at least two, a first gas diffusion layer 10 to a second gas diffusion layer 20 having properties different from each other in a thickness direction of the electrode. |
