PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a medical data management system and a medical data management device that can make effective use of patient's data. SOLUTION: This medical data management system includes a plurality of terminal devices and a medical data management device for managing a medical chart database. A plurality of the terminal devices are installed in at least two or more different medical care facilities, and, on the basis of the identifying code for an operator, through a network, can get access to the medical chart database that the medical data management device manages. The medical data management device, on the basis of the identification codes of the operators for a plurality of the terminal devices, can transmit/register the data of the medical chart database to/with the terminal devices that the operators operate, and has a means that, when an application for consultation is made using the terminal device installed in the medical care facility, on the basis of the identifying code of a patient, extracts the basic information on the patient from the database, and transmits it to the terminal device. |
