PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide stability in the finished quality of a wire harness product, and improve harnessing efficiency. SOLUTION: The wire harness W, maintained in a desired shape, is made by shaping a wire bundle 2 of a plurality of wires into a shape conforming to a desired route. A spiral-shaped shrinkable tube 1 having a hot-melt layer 1a is wrapped around the periphery of this wire bundle 2. Binding tapes 3 are wound around both ends of the wrapped shrinkable tube 1, which is then heated to shrink and deform the tube 1, and at the same time melt and cure the hot- melt layer 1a.
