METHOD FOR PRINTING OUT BAR CODE AND ARTICLE ON WHICH BAR CODE IS PRINTED OUT BY THE METHOD

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a bar code printing method capable of printing out a bar code without losing the image of a commodity and printing out the bar code even when the size of the commodity is small and to provide an article on which a bar code is printed out by the method. SOLUTION: A bar code reader using a red light emitting LED array 10 as a light emitting source is used and characters (e.g. '100-yen') 1 are printed out by the same red color as the illumination light of the LED array 10. Then a bar code 2 of thin gray is printed out on the surface of the characters 1 so as to be superposed.
