PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a content added service permission server, a content added service permission program and a program recording medium for providing service which is suitable for a user and highly flexible even in the case where a content and various kinds of service correlated with the content are subjected to addition, change and deletion.

SOLUTION: There is provided a content added service permission server 3 comprising a brief summary information receiving means which receives correlating conditions of additional service or an additional content desired to be correlated with a content 12 and brief summary information of the additional service or additional content, and a brief summary information acquiring means which receives correlated condition information 11 defining conditions of additional service or an additional content which can be correlated with the content 12, compares the correlated condition information 11 with the correlating conditions, and obtains brief summary information indicating a brief summary of the additional service or additional content to be judged as to whether correlating is permitted or not.
