PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an opening/closing device for a vehicular opening and closing body enabling attachment of a driving mechanism main body in a narrow space for minimizing reduction of interior space. SOLUTION: In this opening/closing device for the vehicular opening and closing body, an opening and closing body 2 supported by a roof 1 so as to vertically open and close is opened and closed by the driving mechanism main body 5 attached to a one side part of the roof 1 of a vehicular body. The driving mechanism main body 5 is formed by a motor 7, a decelerating mechanism 8 decelerating rotation of the motor 7, and an output mechanism 11 linearly reciprocative in the longitudinal direction and connected to the opening and closing body 2 and an output part 8c of the decelerating mechanism 8. The driving mechanism main body 5 is inclined upward toward a center of the vehicular body and it is arranged along a face of the roof 1. |
