<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an image reader and a program for ensuring reliability or unfalsifiability (absence of falsity) of an operation log when the operation log is analyzed for the purpose of security and maintenance, for example. <P>SOLUTION: In this system, the image reader 100 records the operation log when the image reader is operated, encrypts the recorded operation log in a TPM (trusted platform module) chip 10, and transmits the encrypted operation log to a server device 200 via a network 300.
