A body structure of a pickup vehicle is provided to hide a gap between a cabin and a deck from view while reducing noise caused by the air turbulence within the gap by extending side ends of the side out panel and a back panel of the cabin and partially overlapping with an out panel of the deck. A pickup vehicle has a cabin for passengers and a deck for loading cargos, and has a structure in which a back panel(10) of the cabin and a front panel(11) of the deck are separated from one another. An extension unit(13) extends from a side out panel(12) of the cabin to behind the front panel of the deck. Side ends(14) of the back panel are extended longer than ends of the front panel of the deck, and bended behind the front panel to be combined in a box shape. A portion of the out panel(16) adjacent to the front panel of the deck is disposed proximally to an inner panel(17) of the deck, so as to house the combined portion of the side ends of the cabin and the extension unit of the side out panel.
