A hot wind circulating apparatus for a large-sized oven for a group meal service is provided to return hot wind by an opposite side reversion unit by installing a hot wind reversion inducing unit in one side of a cooking chamber of the oven, thereby improving heat efficiency. In a hot wind circulating apparatus, a steam supply unit is installed on the rear part of a cooking chamber(1). A hot wind supply unit including an electric heater(4) and a blower(5) is installed on one side of the hot wind circulating apparatus. The hot wind sent from the hot wind supply unit is diffused into the cooking chamber. Sending direction guide plates(7,8) are installed at upper and lower portions of the blower so that the hot wind can be guided only in the right and left directions. Curved reflection surfaces are formed on a wall body(9) opposite to the cooking chamber. Reversion inducing units(A) having curved corner plate bodies are installed at the left and right ends of the hot wind circulating apparatus.
