<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a lid material having a pressure valve function equipped with a consistent degassing property, and a container using the same at low cost. <P>SOLUTION: The lid material comprises a surface layer 1, a polyester-based film layer 2 laminated in contact with a mixed peeling resin layer 3 with polyolefin and a cyclic olefin copolymer being mixed with each other at a predetermined ratio, and a sealant layer 5 located on a lowest part. It is constituted of a laminated body in which an interface between the polyester-based film layer 2 and the mixed peeling resin layer 3 is a peeling surface, and at least a back half cut 30 cut out from the sealant layer 5 side is provided in a region forming an inner side of an opening. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
