<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a hydrogen fueled engine system for efficiently generating more hydrogen gas while further reducing the size of a whole device. <P>SOLUTION: The hydrogen fueled engine system uses hydrogen gas as fuel for driving an engine. It comprises a hydrogenated liquid fuel tank 103 for holding hydrogenated liquid fuel in a liquid-phase condition, a preheater 105 to which the hydrogenated liquid fuel and dehydrogenated fuel from a hydrogen supply device 102 are transported and which preheats the hydrogenated liquid fuel with heat exchange, an evaporator 106 to which the preheated hydrogenated liquid fuel and engine exhaust gas are transported and which heats the hydrogenated liquid fuel into a gas-phase condition, and the hydrogen supply device 102 to which the evaporated hydrogenated liquid fuel and the engine exhaust gas are transported and which generates hydrogen gas with dehydrogenation reaction and transports it to the engine. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT |
