PLASTIC CONTAINER OF SHADING PROPERTY AND ITS MANUFACTURING METHOD

摘要

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a plastic container in which foam cells are distributed over a container wall and the shading property of which is improved remarkably by the distribution of the foam cells.

SOLUTION: The plastic container has the container wall 10 formed of plastic in which the foam cells 1 have been distributed, at least 17 or more foam cells 1 are distributed in the thickness direction in the container wall 10 and the foam cell has a size of 0.3 to 50μm on the average in the thickness direction of the container wall and shows a light ray transmittance of 15% or less against the light with a wave length of 500 nm.
