<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a method for recycling wastepaper with which in effectively recycling wastepaper containing a fluorescent dye, fluorescence by a fluorescent dye contained in wastepaper is eliminated or controlled without forming chlorine and AOX (adsorbable organic halogens) having concerns about an environmental problem and recycled pulp having high qualities equal to those of virgin pulp is provided. <P>SOLUTION: The method for recycling wastepaper containing a fluorescent dye comprises treating wastepaper in the presence of hydrogen peroxide and a metal salt. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
