<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a cooker capable of reducing risks of decline in the performance of cooking an object to be cooked by preventing ignition of oil in a cooking compartment. <P>SOLUTION: The cooker includes a grid 6 on which the object 3 to be cooked is mounted; a tray 7 for storing the grid 6; the cooking compartment 2 for storing the grid 6, the tray 7 and the object 3 to be cooked; a heating means 4 for heating the object 3 to be cooked from below; an oil temperature sensing means 15 for sensing the temperature of the oil A effluent from the object 3 to be cooked; and a control means 14 for controlling the heating means 4 so that the temperature of the heating means 4 is not more than a prescribed temperature for the heating means. The control means 14 sets the prescribed temperature for the heating means based on the temperature sensed by the oil temperature sensing means. With this structure, the heating means 4 can be controlled to a temperature such that the oil A effluent from the object to be cooked will not be ignited if the oil drips down to the heating means 4, and risks of decline in the cooking performance, caused as the oil A effluent from the object 3 to be cooked during cooking is ignited if the oil A drips down to the heating means 4 and the object 3 to be cooked is scorched, can be reduced. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
