<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To obtain a polyamide stretched film excellent in gas barrier properties, pinhole resistance, flexibility and impact resistance and reduced in shrinkage factor at the time of retort pouching. <P>SOLUTION: In a manufacturing method of a biaxially stretched film, a multilayered film, which is composed of a layer based on a polyamide resin obtained by using metaxylylenediamine and a 6-12Cα,ω-aliphatic dicarboxylic acid as a main raw material and a layer based on an aliphatic polyamide resin, is manufactured by a roll/tenter type sequential biaxially stretching method. The temperature and stretching magnification of a longitudinal stretching roll, the lateral stretching temperature and stretching magnification of a lateral stretching roll, a thermal fixing temperature and time are controlled to a specific range.
