<p><P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a manufacturing method of a convex type ultrasonic probe facilitating the sticking of a chemical-resistant film. <P>SOLUTION: The manufacturing method of the convex type ultrasonic probe formed by aligning a plurality of piezoelectric elements 2 on a backing material 1 into an arc shape in the longitudinal direction, providing acoustic matching layers 8 on the piezoelectric elements 2 and resin-molding 10 their both sides thereto along the longitudinal direction, and mounting an acoustic lens 11 with chemical-resistant film 12 interposed on the acoustic matching layer 8, is so formed that, after the chemical-resistant film 12 is stuck covering the surface of the acoustic matching layers 8 and at least the acoustic matching layers 8 exposed to the both ends in the longitudinal direction, the piezoelectric elements 2 and the backing material 1, the acoustic lens 11 is mounted thereon. <P>COPYRIGHT: (C)2008,JPO&INPIT</p> |
