PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To shorten a time needed for the batch verification of a plurality of electronic documents. SOLUTION: The importance of an electronic document is determined (S602) and all electronic signatures that electronic documents determined as documents of high importance have are verified to generate verification results of the electronic documents (S603). Further, the latest electronic signature that an electronic document determined as a document of not high importance has is verified to generate the verification information of the electronic document (S604).
