PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an absorbent sheet in which gel blocking is unlikely to happen, is high in an amount of absorption and absorption speed, and is easy to thinned. SOLUTION: The absorbent sheet 10 includes fiber materials, first absorbent polymer particles 12A absorbing normal saline solution more than 20 times as heavy as its own weight, and second absorbent polymer particles 12B larger in particle diameter and smaller in gel compressive deformation ratio in comparison with the first absorbent polymer particles.
