DRYING METHOD BY SUPERVISORY CONTROL PANEL FOR MONITORING AND CONTROLLING CONTROL PANEL FOR LEAF TOBACCO

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To solve problems in a situation where rising and lowering of temperature/humidity for leaf tobacco is a delicate operation and a supervisor must prepare a temperature table corresponding to the drying condition in order to prepare the temperature table relating to the operation and the operation requires much labor and preparation mistake of the temperature table often occurs when preparing the table and since opening of a damper has not been displayed when controlling drying data and difference temperature data from standard temperature, it has been insufficient for the supervisor to grasp the drying conditions of the leaf tobacco. SOLUTION: The drying method by control of supervisory control panel for many driers is characterized in that control of leaf tobacco is efficiently carried out by displaying a temperature table for displaying dry-bulb temperature and wet-bulb temperature and opening of a damper by a graph on a display screen of the supervisory control panel in each step of leaf tobacco drying process and instantaneously and/or comprehensively grasping conditions of many driers by the supervisor through the temperature table.
