PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a termite-detecting-and-informing system capable of immediately linking a termite breeding detection to a specific action of termite extermination, and also capable of easily planning/conducting an appropriate termite-controlling action conforming to future termite breeding status. SOLUTION: The termite-detecting-and-informing system comprises: a plurality of termite sensors embedded respectively underground at multiple spots around each of buildings for respective users; termite detection signal-receiving mechanisms for receiving respective termite detection signals from the above sensors; termite-informing mechanisms for transmitting termite information signals to a relevant center on receiving the above termite detection signals; and a termite breeding status-recording mechanism installed in the center and intended for recording relevant receipt dates, when such signals are received, by making the dates correspond to information such as addresses about the users or the buildings where the above termite-informing mechanisms are installed.
