PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an innovative removing device that removes unnecessary parts of fruits and is very high in commercial value, and to provide a fruit skin removing machine. SOLUTION: This removing device comprises removing unnecessary parts of fruits as a previous process of conveying a fruit 10, such as persimmon to a fruit skin removing device. The removing device comprises a fruit placing part 4 which pinches and places the fruit 10 with a fruit supporting part 7, and a removing part 15 which has a rotary blade body 14, in order to remove unnecessary parts of the calyx part 10c and the stem part 10b of the fruit 10 placed on the fruit placing part 4.
