PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a resin composition and a foamed-molded product by which the characteristics of a polypropylenic resin can be sufficiently exhibited. SOLUTION: The composition comprises at least one of a propylene homopolymer or a copolymer thereof with an α-olefin. Specifically, the composition contains 5-20 mass% of the propylene homopolymer component or the copolymer component thereof with an α-olefin having a carbon number ranging from 2 to 8, wherein (A) the total amount of the eluted components at an elution temperature of 110°C or higher accounts for 10 to 65% of that of the entire eluted components as revealed by the temperature rising elution fractionation method based on the relationship between elution temperature and quantitative ratio, (B1) the total amount of eluted components at an elution temperature ranging from 10 to 40°C accounts for 2% or more of that of the entire eluted components, (B2) the total amount of eluted components at an elution temperature ranging from 40 to 70°C accounts for 5% or more of that of the entire eluted components, (B3) the total amount of eluted components at an elution temperature ranging from 70 to 100°C accounts for 8.5% or more of that of the entire eluted components, (C) the mass fraction (dW/dT) peak per unit temperature at an elution temperature of 80°C or lower is 1.5 mass%/°C or less, and (D) intrinsic viscosity [η] at 135°C in a tetraline solvent is more than 10 dL/g or more.
