A safety nozzle for a fountain is disclosed, which is capable of maximizing safety and aesthetic beauty of the fountain by having the opening and closing part opened within the upper case by the nozzle being raised. The safety nozzle having a nozzle moved up and down through an upper case and a lower case, according to the embodiment of the present invention, includes a connection part disposed around a part of the lower case penetrated by the nozzle, to be rotatable about a bent portion thereof connected to one side of the lower case as a horizontal end thereof is pushed up by the nozzle being raised, an opening and closing part rotatably connected to one upper side of the connection part to open and close the outlet of the upper case, and a guide part guiding the opening and closing operation of the outlet.
