PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a curable resin composition for coating materials to form a coating layer having suppressed warping in cured state and excellent adhesiveness to a plastic substrate, etc. SOLUTION: The curable resin composition for coating materials contains a vinyl polymer having a repeating unit represented by formula (1) (in the formula, R<SP>1</SP>is a 2-8C alkylene group; R<SP>2</SP>is a hydrogen atom or a methyl group; and m is a positive integer) and a urethane (meth)acrylate.
