PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reuse a lock lever by preventing deformation of the lock lever when flipping up a hood, to unlock the lock by small force, and to reduce size and cost by reducing the number of parts.
SOLUTION: The lock lever 70 has a receiving piece part 70b in contact with a piston 74. The piston 74 of an actuator 30 has: a lower rank part 74a2 in contact with the receiving piece part 70b to unlock the lock lever 70; and a higher rank part 74a1 abutting on the hood or a hood side mounting member mounted on the hood to flip up a rear part of the hood. When the higher rank part 74a1 abuts on the hood or the hood side mounting member, a gap 76 for arranging the receiving piece part 70b of the lock lever 70 is formed between the lower rank part 74a2 and the hood or the hood side mounting member.
COPYRIGHT: (C)2009,JPO&INPIT |
