<P>PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a game machine equipped with a terminal device installed with a reduced space between a seat and a sub-display part with allowing a person to easily take and leave the seat. <P>SOLUTION: A terminal device 30 has a backrest section 312 which supports the back of a player and is equipped with a seat 31 on which a player can sit, an opening section 32 which is formed in one side face among the surrounding four sides of the terminal device 30, a seat enclosure section 33 surrounding the three sides except the one side which is formed with the opening 32 among the four sides around the terminal device 30 and a sub-indication device 34 which is attached to the front side of the terminal device 30 in the seat enclosure section 33 and displays game pictures.
