PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide an indication plate for causing a design section to be easily viewed in the daytime, and suppressing the illumination ununiformity (the intensity ununiformity) in the design section such as a scale transmissively illuminated in the night. SOLUTION: The indication plate includes: a resin substrate (an indication plate 9) formed with concave and convex drawn sections 93, 94 by implementing a drawing process of a sheet material as a translucent synthetic resin material; a ground color section 8 having an opaque layer including regions of the drawn sections 93, 94; and an indication design section 7 including a region b having a transmissive layer other than eight regions of the ground color section 8, and a region c provided in the drawn sections 93, 94 so as to continue into a region having the transmissive layer and provided with the transmissive layer so as to partially overlap with the ground color section 8.
