PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a fuel injection control device for highly accurately correcting an interval time lag of multistage injection by a small learning value in the whole user range area of an interval time. SOLUTION: A shape of a reference injection characteristic is not changed by a machine difference or a change with the lapse of time of a fuel injection valve, but since a valve closing delay time Tde1 and a valve opening delay time Tds1 vary as Tde2 and Tds2 as indicated in signs 210 and 212, a phase difference indicated by (ΔINT1+ΔINT2) is generated between a point 220 of a target interval time and a point 222 of an actual interval time. Even if the interval time varies, since an actual injection characteristic varies only in a phase of the interval time of the reference injection characteristic, the phase of the reference injection characteristic to the interval time in the whole use range area of the interval time is corrected by being shifted by an amount of a phase difference from actual injection characteristic data acquired in a part of a use range of the interval time.
