PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To reduce unnecessary transmissions of time-base signals used for time matching between base stations 103a-103d in a radio determination system 100. SOLUTION: The base stations 103a-103d transmit a reception report to a computation server 104 on the reception of positioning pulses transmitted by a mobile terminal 101. The computation server 104 instructs a time-base station 102 to start the transmission of time-base pulses on the reception of the reception report from any one of the base stations 103a-103d.
